[Apr.29/25 ... Jun.28/25]
The
Dimond's interpretation of Apoc. 17:8 is that it was fulfilled during a
Vatican light show during Bergoglio among other things:
What
17:8 really means is in connection with 13:8. They speak of the same
thing: That whomever adores the beast will lose his place in the book of
life.
This must be considered together with chapter 18, verse 2, in which it is written: "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen; and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every unclean spirit, and the hold of every unclean and hateful bird:".
The primary 'theme' of Chapter 17 pertains to when the construction of the church of all religions began
in earnest. Chapter 18 speaks of the ending of when that particular
thing began, even as its preparation, spiritually, has been all the
years since Vatican '2'.
Verse 10 gives the context: "Five
are fallen, one is, and the other is not yet come: and when he is come,
he must remain a short time". This means that this 'construction' was
begun during the Bergoglian era, and the 'synod on synodality' also
began during this time. Thus, the
'synod on synodality' is the literal framework for continual dialogue
with all the religions of the world and the construction of the
'Babylon' church of all false religions in particular. It was first
prefigured by the 'Assisi' event of 1986.
At
the same time, the destruction of what remains which used to resemble
Catholicism is accelerating, including even the 'conservative' novus
ordo factions. This is, or will be, partly as a result of the
development of the 'synod on synodality'; certainly it will be its end
result. How this will come about is unclear; but at a certain point
even the 'conservative' novus ordo element will be pushed aside to make
way for false religions (verse 15-17):
15 And he said to me: The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are peoples, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest in the beast: these shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and shall burn her with fire.
17 For God hath given into their hearts to do that which pleaseth him: that they give their kingdom to the beast, till the words of God be fulfilled.
Knox puts verse 16 a bit differently: "And the ten horns, which the beast had in thy vision, will become the harlot’s enemies;
they will lay her waste, and strip her quite bare, eat her flesh away,
and then burn down what is left of her". This makes more clear that at
first the Vatican '2' religion was tolerated for a time by the 'ten
kings' who have power over the world due to the 'mystery of iniquity'
and the errors of Russia; but they will give their kingdom to the beast
and not to the Vatican '2' church. [Edit: The false prophecy which
will be fulfilled, Garabandal, is involved with this, but it does not
seem to make sense that even the beast would burn down Vatican '2' if he
was following Garabandal. Rather, it is more likely that the 'eighth',
which comes "up from the abyss", would do this after the 'failure' of
the Vatican '2' church to prevent the 'Punishment'. He may 'seem
to conclude' that the 'church' did not follow Vatican '2' and John Paul
2's direction at Assisi enough; also he will single out for blame all
the traditional Catholics in the world and in particular the
sedevacantists, who are elect at that time.]
[Edit continuing later]
The
woman and the harlot of ch.17 are not the same. The woman is seen in
the desert which 'sitteth upon a scarlet coloured beast' with seven
heads (the antipopes) whereas the harlot, which is the Vatican '2'
church the world over, "sitteth upon many waters" which are "peoples,
and nations, and tongues". [Edit: A new portion removed.]
So
what might happen is that, after the sixth seal event, the antichrist
comes, takes away the mass (even the novus ordo version), and within the
framework of the 'synod on synodality' begins to construct the world
church of Babylon, sweeping away the remains of former Catholicism as
represented by Vatican '2', which, being empty, was always going to be
replaced. It was a kind of placeholder for the development of the
'errors of Russia' until it reaches its apogee.
The
only question is whether false Garabandal's* prophecy to be fulfilled,
in this case "the Punishment", will happen before or after the
appearance of the 'eighth', which is the antichrist. When he arrives the
events of chapter 13 will commence.
*Garabandal
is not of Heaven. It offers a false hope: that after "the Warning", if
people do enough, then "the Punishment" may be averted. The thing is
that converting to the false church of the antipopes and Vatican '2'
cannot be efficacious. The reason for this deception, in part, is to
expose all those who will not 'adore the beast' that they may be killed,
even as the earlier part, "the Warning", is meant to drive the world to
Rome seeking salvation after that experience. It's a two-part trap.
The
reason for all of this manoeuvring is to lead people to lose their
souls by losing their place in the book of life, by then unsealed, by
doing exactly what they should not; that which is spelled out in Apoc.
13:8 and 17:8.*
The
beast is not mentioned during the calamities of the trumpets in
chapters 8-9. But the elect are (as those not to be harmed by the first woe). It
is possible, then, that the reign of the seventh antipope ends just
prior to the sixth seal event, or it is the trigger which appears to
cause "the Warning" to come about (by the devil's timing: the
atmospheric event which causes the visual effect of "the Warning" was
going to happen in any case); afterwards, the 'eighth', the beast of
chapter 13, appears before "the Punishment" or afterwards.
It's
actually difficult to say. One would think that the elect are 'signed'
shortly before the appearance of the 'eighth'; but would the calamities
of the trumpets be occurring before the "two and forty months" of
chapter 13 or during ? Probably before. If so, the elect are present but
not yet the beast.
But
if "the Warning" was meant to draw the world's attention to Rome, it
would seem to make sense for the 'eighth' to be there at the time, since
it is his being there which is the ultimate test as indicated by Apoc.
13:8: "And all that dwell upon the earth adored him, whose names are not
written in the book of life of the Lamb, which was slain from the
beginning of the world".
However
it comes about, we will see; but in the meantime 17:8 should be taken
in context with its chapter, 17, which primary theme is the starting
point of the building of the final form of 'Babylon', in chapter 18, and
which sees the end of the Vatican '2' empty religion which is replaced
by the religions of the world in the ultimate ecumenism. Today's 'great
demographic replacement' of the peoples of the West which is proceeding
today is a kind of prefigurement of that.
The Ordering Of The Beast (Apocalypse 17):
The
sixth antipope, acting as Francis I and also known as Jorge Bergoglio,
died on April 21, 2025. How does this fit with these verses of chapter
seventeen ?
17:9 And here is the understanding that hath
wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, upon which the woman
sitteth, and they are seven kings:
K~ Here is need for a discerning mind. These
seven heads are seven hills; upon these the woman sits enthroned. They
are also seven kings;
17:10 Five are fallen, one is, and the other is not yet come: and when he is come, he must remain a short time.
K~ of these, five have fallen already, one is reigning now; the last has
not come yet, but when he does, his reign will be a short one.
What this verse tells us is that the 'heads' of the beast represent antipopes who rule in succession
(by extension, it also tells us that the heads of the dragon, in
chapter twelve, also rule in succession). At the minimum, this means
that the antichrist's time does not begin until at least five of the
antipopes have come and gone.
The
chapters of Apocalypse are not arranged in strict chronological order.
They are organized by subject, or theme. This chapter is placed just
before the destruction of Rome which is the subject of chapter eighteen,
and the end of the main events of Apocalypse except for the final
battle, of chapter nineteen. This chapter would seem to concern the time
just before the beast gains all power (Apoc. 13: 2-8). This is
indicated by verse twelve:
17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest, are ten
kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive power as
kings one hour after the beast.
K~ And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, who have not yet
received their royal title, but are to enjoy such power as kings have,
for one hour, in succession to the beast.
Knox
translation would seem to indicate that these ten horns rule for a
short time. but the meaning must be both that they receive power shortly
after the beast and that they must shortly subject themselves to the
beast, as does the dragon (Apoc. 13: 2), and the next verse bears this
out:
17:13 These have one design: and their strength and power they shall deliver to the beast.
K~ All of them have a single policy; they surrender to the beast the power and the dominion which is theirs.
But
as is said in verse one, this chapter concerns the "condemnation of the
great harlot, who sitteth upon many waters" as the angel said, who had
one of the seven vials. The vials, coming some time after the trumpets,
must mean that this "condemnation" of the harlot (which in part is the
church of indifferentism, the church of all religions except the true
one) must happen after much tribulation has come to pass.
However,
we are here most concerned with the timing of the 'heads' of the beast.
Verse ten tells us they are in succession. What it may indicate here is
that the beast which St. John saw, appearing in chapter thirteen,
cannot arrive until after the seventh has come "for a short time". Why
it is a short time is not said; but it is likely to lead to the sixth
seal event (see "Last Three Seals In Our Time").
After that event the elect are 'signed', the seventh seal is opened
(which represents a false 'miracle', not of Heaven, but of Garabandal).
Certainly after the sixth seal event everything is changed forever; and
so it is that one of the past antipopes appears to come back. Only the
elect are not deceived; later others may come to realize the truth. The
book of life is subtractive; it begins with everyone's names ("written
within and without" Apoc. 5:1) but one may lose his place in the book on
account of sins or acts of apostasy: one's name may thus be 'blotted
out' (Apoc. 3:5). The book of life and how it works was touched upon in
the past and will be revisited in the future.
17:11 And the beast which was, and is not: the same also is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into destruction.
K~ And the beast which lived once and now is dead must be reckoned as the
eighth, yet it is one of the seven; now it is to find its way to utter
destruction.
17:8 The beast, which thou sawest, was, and is not,
and shall come up out of the bottomless pit, and go into destruction:
and the inhabitants on the earth (whose names are not written in the
book of life from the foundation of the world) shall wonder, seeing the
beast that was, and is not.
K~ The beast thou sawest is that which lived
once, and now is dead; soon it must rise from the abyss, and find its
way to utter destruction. The sight of this beast which lived once, and
now is dead, will strike awe into every dweller on earth, except those
whose names have been written, before the world was, in the book of
life.
